Usually, the implant process includes the following steps:

During your consultation, Mohammad K. Zaman will examine your mouth and take X-rays to assess your oral health. Together, you can discuss various treatment options and develop the right plan for you.

On the day of surgery, the doctor provides sedation to help you feel relaxed and comfortable. He will then place the titanium implant into your jawbone, where it will replace the lost tooth root.
Osseointegration is the process during which the implant fuses with the jawbone. This step can take three to six months.

Once your implants have fused with the bone tissue, Dr. Mohammad K. Zaman will place a small connector called an abutment on the dental implant just above the gum tissue. For some cases, this will be placed at the same time as the implant.
